Description
The Early Intervention Specialist provides home-based and community-based services to families with children birth to three years of age, using parent coaching and a trans-disciplinary team approach. Responsibilities include infant-toddler development knowledge, screenings, assessments, group participation, service coordination, and Individual Family Service Plan development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant early-childhood or special-education field, 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five, computer and office software proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation; bilingual Spanish ability is encouraged.
