Description
The Early Intervention Specialist provides home-based and community-based services to families with children birth to three years of age, using parent coaching and a trans-disciplinary approach. Responsibilities include infant-toddler development knowledge, screenings, assessments, group participation, service coordination, Individual Family Service Plan development and monitoring, and collaboration with community providers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant early childhood or child development field, 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five, computer and office software proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, monthly performance-based incentives, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
