Description
Criterion Child Enrichment is hiring a Physical Therapist for full-time, part-time, and FFS positions supporting early-intervention families with children birth to three years of age. The role provides home-based services, parent coaching, screenings, assessments, group participation, service coordination, and collaboration with community providers. Candidates must hold current Massachusetts Physical Therapist licensure, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and may be bilingual or bicultural; two years of pediatric experience is preferred. Compensation includes $5,000 sign-on bonus, monthly performance-based incentives, and FFS rates of $61–$65 per hour, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
