Description
ChildLink is hiring a full-time Service Coordinator to support families and early intervention providers throughout the infant and toddler early intervention process. The role coordinates initial and annual multidisciplinary evaluations, assessments, Individualized Family Service Plans, referrals, service delivery, medical and community resources, transition planning, documentation, and family advocacy. It requires a bachelor’s degree with 12+ college credits in a relevant field and at least one year of experience working with children, families, or individuals with disabilities; Spanish, American Sign Language, cultural or adaptive skills, and home- or community-setting experience are preferred. The position reports to the ChildLink Unit Supervisor and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
