Nurtury is hiring a Program Director to lead its central Early Learning Center, which operates 10+ classrooms and has a licensed capacity of 132 children. The role oversees teaching staff, compliance, quality standards, curriculum, enrollment, schedules, budgets, family and community relationships, and center operations. Candidates must hold EEC Director II certification, a bachelor’s degree, and 3–5+ years of early childhood program leadership experience. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a salary of $85,000–$95,000 and medical and dental insurance available on the date of hire.
