Description

Woodcraft Rangers is seeking a Part-Time Early Learning / TK Program Leader (Jr. Rangers Club Leader) to foster a safe and supportive environment for students, promote inclusivity, and plan engaging activities for approximately 20 children. Responsibilities include monitoring attendance, building relationships with students and families, collaborating with staff, managing program materials, complying with safety procedures, and attending professional development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and capable of leading age-appropriate activities.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience working in expanded learning programs, after-school programs, or youth recreation settings.
6 months experience working with supervising a group of early education aged children in a school or recreational setting or 6 units in early education / child development.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work effectively with children and youth.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
Must successfully pass an assessment evaluating math, reading comprehension, and spelling skills.
