KIPP Texas is hiring an Early Literacy Lead to lead statewide PreK–3rd-grade literacy strategy, Reading Academies implementation, teacher and instructional leader coaching, data analysis, curriculum alignment, and professional development. The role requires travel across the four Texas regions, with approximately 75% of time spent in schools and classrooms and a hybrid schedule involving three days per week at the central office or schools. Candidates must pass the Texas Reading Academies Cohort Leader screener before employment and demonstrate expertise in foundational literacy, assessments, curriculum, and instructional coaching.
