RESPEC is seeking an Early Career Water Resources Engineer to join their team in Sarasota or Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will work on planning, design, and specialty services related to community improvements, environmental compliance, infrastructure resiliency, stormwater engineering, and watershed modeling for public and private sector clients. This role requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or a related ABET-accredited engineering field, a strong passion for civil engineering, and Engineer Intern certification or the commitment to pass the Fundamentals of Engineering examination within one year. Preferred qualifications include experience with ArcGIS Pro and Civil 3D, knowledge of construction plan preparation, and practical application of various hydrology/hydraulics software.
