RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company seeking an Early Water Resources Engineer for their Sarasota or Tampa, FL location. The engineer will be involved in planning, design, and specialty services related to community improvements, environmental compliance, infrastructure resiliency, stormwater engineering, and watershed modeling for public and private sector clients. The role requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, a passion for civil engineering, and Engineer Intern certification or a commitment to pass the Fundamentals of Engineering examination within one year. Preferred qualifications include experience with ArcGIS Pro and Civil 3D, knowledge of construction plan preparation, and practical application of various hydrology/hydraulics software.
