Description
The role plans and executes growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications for Earn products, develops token-partner collaborations, coordinates cross-functional and external stakeholders, monitors product performance, analyzes campaign effectiveness, supports VIP and institutional clients, and stays current with crypto, DeFi, and lending-market trends. It requires a bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field, relevant operations, growth, product-marketing, partnerships, or business-development experience, strong knowledge of crypto and DeFi products, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
