Description
The EARN Program Manager provides strategic and functional leadership for the EARN program in the Luzerne-Schuylkill County region. The role oversees program operations, staff supervision, case management, compliance, performance data, billing, vendor relations, community partnerships, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years of professional experience including one year in leadership or supervision, TANF and case management knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. The salary is $65,000 per year.
