Description
Griffith Company is hiring an Earthwork Modeler for its Southern Region team to perform earthwork quantity calculations, analyze grading plans, support field teams, and provide estimating support for competitive bids. The role involves creating cut/fill analyses, mass haul plans, and quantity reports; interpreting civil construction drawings and geotechnical reports; validating survey and digital terrain data; using GPS machine control, drones, and LiDAR; identifying design conflicts and quantity discrepancies; and presenting models to project teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, and 3–5 years of relevant earthwork modeling experience is required. The annual salary range is $71,000–$120,000, with relocation assistance available for candidates outside the local area.
