Description

Capital Group is seeking an experienced and strategic East Regional Director for Private Client Services (PCS). The director will be responsible for driving business development, client engagement, internal collaboration, practice management, and talent development within a specific geographic region. This role involves working with national leadership to align with corporate goals, identifying market opportunities, and overseeing client relationships to foster retention and growth. Additionally, the director will support firm-wide initiatives, engage in community outreach, and contribute to a positive office culture.
