Ford Motor Company is hiring an eBeam System Supervisor to lead the integration of eBeam systems into electric and EREV vehicle architectures and to provide technical system development across vehicle programs. The role leads DFMEA, PFMEA, SCCAF, supplier management, interface delivery, engineering issue resolution, and program launches, and requires a relevant engineering degree, at least five years of transmission, eDrive unit, or powertrain development experience, five years of Microsoft tools experience, and three years of CAD experience. The position is hybrid, requires onsite presence four or more days per week, and offers a base salary range of $115,500 to $218,100; visa sponsorship is not available.
