Description
The Ebola Program Portfolio Director will provide strategic leadership and portfolio-level oversight for Mercy Corps’ Ebola response in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, including prevention and preparedness coordination with teams in Uganda and South Sudan. The role leads strategy, program quality, adaptive management, stakeholder and donor relationships, resource mobilization, partnerships, team leadership, finance, compliance, risk, security, safeguarding, and accountability. It is a full-time, regular, unaccompanied position based in Bunia, Ituri Province, requiring regular travel to field locations and extended working hours as needed.
