The Industrialization Engineer will lead the international transfer of complex assembly lines, convert engineering bills of materials into manufacturing bills of materials, synchronize product configuration data across PLM systems, and adapt assembly sequences and methods to local factory capabilities. The role requires an engineering background, proficiency in eBOM/mBOM and PLM concepts, strong configuration-management and manufacturing skills, and fluent English.
