The EC145 Tiger Team AMT provides critical direct support for EC145 aircraft maintenance operations, working in a rotating team across two groups to cover half of the EC145 bases. This role focuses on maximizing aircraft availability through efficient planning, adhering to GMM and company policies, and ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Key responsibilities include rapid deployment for AOG response, developing hangar plans, sharing best practices, and providing heavy maintenance support. The position demands extensive travel, a 14/14 schedule, and adherence to a strict rotational deployment plan.
