Arm is hiring an ECAD Principal Engineer for its System-in-Package team to support the implementation of tools and processes for next-generation SoCs in IoT, automotive, and compute applications. The role focuses on ECAD automation, CAD library development, layout efficiency, DFM/DFA, signal and power delivery, and support for internal tool use. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience, extensive recent experience with Cadence APD and Allegro toolsets, substantial custom-tool development experience, and programming skills including SKILL, TCL, Ravel, Codex, and Python. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and a salary range of $249,900-$338,100 per year.
