Animal Referral Hospital Essendon Fields is seeking an experienced ECC Veterinary Manager to lead and develop its emergency and critical care veterinary team while continuing to provide frontline emergency and critical care. The role combines approximately 50% leadership and departmental management with clinical practice, including mentoring veterinarians, rostering, leave and workforce planning, clinical standards, complex case management, and workflow improvement. It is a 12-month maternity-leave contract commencing in November 2026, with the possibility of an earlier start in a Senior Emergency & Critical Care Veterinarian role before transitioning into the leadership position.
