Description
The Cardiac Sonographer performs adult, pediatric, transesophageal, structural heart, and stress echocardiograms under the direction of a manager or lead/chief sonographer. The role includes patient preparation, clinical history taking, ultrasound image review, documentation, equipment operation, quality control, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare teams. It is a 40-hour-per-week full-time day-shift position with call, weekend, and holiday availability, and offers a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance for eligible candidates, benefits, and access to Wellstar’s CareerCare program.
