Description
The Echo Technologist performs cardiac ultrasound exams ordered by primary care, specialty medicine, and cardiologist providers; obtains medical histories, requests outside imaging, completes sonographer worksheets, reviews images with cardiologists, maintains ultrasound equipment and credentials, and supports performance improvement and patient care. The role requires completion of a recognized echocardiology school, RDCS or RCS certification, BLS within six weeks of hire, and familiarity with cardiac sonography, while offering 0+ years of experience and preferred current cardiac sonography experience.
