Sharon Hospital, part of Northwell Health, is seeking a per-diem daytime Echocardiographer to perform high-quality adult echocardiographic examinations, educate and assist patients and families, operate and adjust echocardiography equipment, complete imaging documentation, schedule patients, maintain an efficient and safe work area, collaborate with cardiovascular and hospital teams, participate in quality-control and educational activities, and maintain continuing medical education. Applicants must graduate from an accredited ultrasound education program with a cardiac focus and hold ARDMS or CCI echocardiography certification, or obtain certification within one year; one year of related experience is preferred.
