Description
The Cardiac Sonography Instructor provides instruction in accordance with the college's philosophy and objectives, follows approved course syllabi, teaches students of varying backgrounds, maintains office hours, supports professional development, and performs other assigned duties. The role requires in-person campus work and is a part-time, semester-by-semester faculty position contingent on district needs. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree, five years of clinical experience, and specialty certification in Cardiac Sonography from ARDMS or CCI; teaching experience, classroom technology experience, and community-college teaching ability are also required. A master's degree and three years of work experience are desired.
