Description
The Career Coach will support 10 youth participants ages 14–18 through career planning, job-readiness workshops, resume building, interviewing, conflict resolution, and program performance reviews. The role includes facilitating groups, running a weekly Career Club, developing and securing project and internship sites, meeting participants individually, overseeing work teams at project sites, and collaborating with the ECHOES Probation Officer. The position works 10 hours per week, including some weekdays and Saturdays, and requires a high school diploma, GED, or HSE, plus 2–3 years of experience working with at-risk youth.
