Jefferies is hiring an Associate for its Equity Capital Markets Syndicate team in London. The role supports the execution of high-profile equity transactions across EMEA, including IPOs, follow-ons, accelerated bookbuilds, block trades, and convertible offerings, while assisting with structuring, investor targeting, bookbuilding, pricing analysis, market monitoring, valuation, and client relationship management. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in ECM, investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets, along with strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
