Description
Vynca is hiring a remote ECM Clinical Manager to supervise 10–15 direct reports and provide clinical oversight, care-plan review, escalation, client advocacy, performance coaching, and complex-case consultation for enhanced care management. The role requires an active, unrestricted RN license, 2 years of people-management experience, 2–3 years of care-management experience, and 1–2 years of post-acute experience, with up to 25% travel. Candidates must be based in one of the listed states and work Monday through Friday in Pacific Time, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Compensation is $90,000–$115,000 annually, with a California range of $100,000–$125,000, plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
