STS Aerospace is hiring an ECM Operator in Laconia, New Hampshire for a second-shift schedule from Monday through Thursday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM, with a $1.00 shift differential. The role involves setting up and operating an ECM machine, reading blueprints and job orders, positioning workpieces and tools, adjusting feeds, speeds, and cutting depths, and verifying that machined parts meet specifications. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, and requires the ability to train on the first shift.
