STS Aerospace is hiring an ECM Operator - 2nd Shift in Laconia, New Hampshire. The role works Monday through Thursday from 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM, with a $1.00 pay differential, and requires the ability to train on the 1st Shift. Responsibilities include visual and dimensional material checks, reading blueprints and job orders, setting up fixtures and feeding devices, positioning tools and workpieces, adjusting feeds, speeds, and depth of cut, and verifying machined workpieces against specifications. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, and involves standing, walking, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally, and close vision with focus adjustment.
