Description
IPG is hiring an Ecolite Operator in its Operations department to safely start, operate, and change over Ecolite line equipment; inspect and measure finished products; adjust controls; supervise line assistants; perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs; and record quality and production metrics. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of manufacturing experience, intermediate math and English communication skills, and the ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours, work in a space-limited area, and lift up to 50 pounds.
