LaBella is hiring a Program Manager to oversee ecological construction and restoration operations across the Northeastern United States, with a current focus on New York State. The role includes project management, estimating and proposals, business development, budgeting, strategic planning, client and agency relationship management, and supervision of junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant environmental field, 12–20 years of experience with at least 10 years progressive industry experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of New York and federal regulations, and experience leading junior staff. The position may be based in Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, or Ballston Spa and offers a salary of $90,000–$135,000 plus benefits.
