Description
AECOM is hiring an Ecology Surveyor to conduct field-based ecology surveys, including baseline surveys, monitoring programmes, flora and weed assessments, impact assessments, and mitigation strategy design. The role also involves leading ecological projects, supporting multi-disciplinary tenders and deliverables, and managing technical performance. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in environmental science, ecology, botany, or a similar field, at least five years of experience conducting and leading botanical surveys in Western Australia, strong GIS and data-collection skills, a WA driving licence, and knowledge of Commonwealth and State environmental legislation.
