Description
The Crème Shop is hiring a full-time, exempt Manager, E-Commerce in Glendale, California to lead the day-to-day oversight and strategic growth of its D2C website. The role owns the brand.com P&L, sales forecasts, promotions, product launches, site performance, customer experience, analytics, and cross-functional marketing and merchandising strategy. It requires at least 10 years of ecommerce and site merchandising experience, preferably in beauty, along with Shopify experience, analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to drive profitability. The position includes a bonus structure, 15 days of PTO, paid holidays, and voluntary vision and dental plans.
