Description
HireHawk is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing direct-to-consumer haircare brand for a remote Ecommerce Manager to own conversion rate optimization and operational execution across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and email marketing. The role is hands-on and focused on improving site performance, managing listings and content, running and reporting on Klaviyo campaigns, maintaining ecommerce tooling and integrations, and supporting cross-functional growth efforts with creative, retention, and external partners.
