Uncapped is hiring a remote Ecommerce Partnerships Manager in the United States to own and grow a portfolio of referral and broker relationships across the e-commerce ecosystem. The role involves sourcing and closing partners, negotiating agreements and co-selling arrangements, onboarding and enabling partners, managing performance and lead routing, and using CRM analytics to forecast pipeline and optimise incentives. Candidates need at least four years of partnerships, business development, or channel management experience, with fintech, lending, payments, or e-commerce exposure; the role does not offer visa sponsorship.
