Meta is hiring an Asset Manager for its Data Center Economic Development team to support data center site selection and economic development activities. The role involves preparing portfolio performance reports, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing investment and employment data, maintaining incentive compliance, completing tax and economic incentive diligence, building cost models, and preparing materials for site selection discussions. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least six years of state and local tax and economic incentive experience, and financial analysis and project management experience. Domestic travel of up to 25% per month may be required.
