Grindr is hiring a hybrid Ecosystem Health Program Manager to own the execution of complex cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Experience. The role translates priorities into plans and milestones, manages dependencies and delivery risks, partners with engineering on technical sequencing and launch readiness, establishes operating systems, provides executive updates, and tracks program outcomes. It requires at least five years of experience leading complex technical initiatives in consumer technology or marketplaces, along with trust and safety, fraud prevention, identity, or marketplace-integrity experience. The role is based in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Chicago, with in-person work on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
