Barclays is hiring an Ecosystem Manager to manage and grow the local innovation ecosystem, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, support high-growth businesses, and drive business acquisition ambitions within Business Banking. The role involves market research, lead generation, client relationship management, event planning, budgeting, risk and control support, and collaboration with product, credit, operations, and other stakeholders. It is based in Lincoln and requires the successful candidate to be client-facing on site five days per week.
