Aspire Public Schools is hiring an Education Specialist Intern for its Bay Area Schools to instruct students with Individualized Education Plans in an inclusive classroom. The role collaborates with special education and general education staff, parents, consultants, and related service providers; supports IEP implementation, assessments, accommodations, behavior plans, transition planning, curriculum, and student progress monitoring; and provides health, mobility, and 1:1 classroom support. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five consecutive months of Aspire employment, a 2.5 or higher undergraduate GPA, and CSET or CSET-related qualifications. The program fully funds the preliminary credential program and pays a full Special Education Teacher salary, with a stated salary range of $72,113 to $141,689.
