Remote is hiring a full-time Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst for its Operational Risk team. The role performs enhanced due diligence on complex and higher-risk customers during onboarding and ongoing monitoring, reviews export control and licensing regulations, leads investigations and continuous improvement, improves compliance processes and tools, supports regulatory changes, and prepares data-driven management reports. Candidates need several years of operational risk, compliance, KYC/AML, enhanced due diligence, or sanctions screening experience, along with English fluency; AML certification is preferred. The position is fully remote, with applications prioritized from EMEA and AMER, and offers an annual base salary of $36,000–$101,200 USD.
