Description
The Semiconductor Equipment Development Engineer supports the development of new or enhanced semiconductor tools and subsystems by conducting characterization, experiments, data analysis, documentation, build, installation, upgrade, and qualification activities. The role collaborates with vendors, manufacturing, process engineering, and facilities teams, prepares technical summaries and presentations, and follows safety, environmental, and cleanroom requirements. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or a PhD, at least three years of relevant experience, and in-depth knowledge of PVD or CVD equipment operation, installation, and hardware design.
