Description
The EDGAR Specialist is a client-facing role within Paul, Weiss’s dedicated EDGAR team, reporting to the Senior EDGAR Manager and supporting the Securities & Capital Markets practice. The position manages end-to-end SEC filings, EDGAR Next account administration, filing precision, regulatory compliance, iXBRL tagging, technical validation, privileged document handling, and high-touch support for partners, associates, paralegals, and corporate clients. It is a fully remote, non-exempt role with core hours from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. EDT, Monday through Friday, and requires at least four years of EDGAR filing experience in a law firm or equivalent securities or capital markets environment.
