The Production Operator operates production machines and equipment in a furniture-manufacturing environment, maintains quality and workplace safety, follows technical documentation, records and monitors production-system data, and collaborates with other departments to keep production running. The role requires vocational education, technical-drawing interpretation, basic computer literacy, teamwork, and a production-oriented mindset; experience with production processes and programs such as Operator or M3 is preferred.
