Description
The SBI EDI Integration Sterling Resource provides production support for SBI EDI clients using Sterling B2Bi translation software. The role monitors production and test systems, responds to tickets, manages IBM and Service Now incidents, coordinates with clients, maintains trading partner configurations, supports testing and release processes, and validates data processing. It requires 7+ years of EDI integration experience, strong troubleshooting and SLA delivery skills, and knowledge of EDI standards, file-transfer protocols, and configuration management. The work is based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Indore, or Mumbai, with an in-person collaboration work model and flexibility for individual work styles.
