Cleo is hiring a Senior Implementation Engineer II to lead technical delivery for EDI, API, ERP, and B2B integration projects from implementation through Hypercare. The role involves configuring complex integrations, building business process sequences and data mappings, troubleshooting production issues, leading customer meetings and technical escalations, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need strong B2B integration and middleware experience, preferably with SAP and integration platforms, along with a B.E./B.Tech in a relevant discipline and 5–7 years of experience.
