Description
The EDI Support Analyst will provide production support, customer onboarding, and project coordination for NOV’s electronic data interchange and business-to-business integrations within the Shared Services organization. The role involves troubleshooting transaction failures, supporting ERP and trading-partner integrations, coordinating testing and deployments, maintaining transaction reports and partner documentation, and collaborating with business users, ERP teams, and external partners to improve data quality and system reliability.
