Description
Maytronics is hiring an EDI & Systems Specialist to monitor and troubleshoot electronic data interchange transactions between Maytronics, retail customers, and partners. The role investigates transaction failures, mapping and connectivity issues, escalates root-cause problems, implements corrective actions and process improvements, maintains retailer compliance knowledge, and partners with IT and business stakeholders to support system and process changes. The position is in-office in Duluth, Georgia and requires at least three years of experience supporting EDI operations, retail compliance, system integrations, order management, or related business systems.
