GE HealthCare is hiring an Edison Engineering Development Program Software Intern for a summer project embedded in engineering teams. The intern will design, test, and debug software features; develop internal development or testing tools; perform data analytics and visualization; and create technical documentation. The role requires enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or master’s program, a relevant degree, strong academic performance, Java/C++/Python, communication and analytical skills, and at least 10 consecutive weeks of work. Preferred qualifications include prior software or firmware experience, a GPA of 3.0 or higher, additional programming skills, object-oriented design, agile methodology, and data analytics or machine learning experience. The intern must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and visa sponsorship is not available.
