Description

The Centre for Information Resilience (CIR) is seeking a remote contractor editor to provide substantive editing and proofreading for complex public reports, research documents, presentations, and designed layout files. The role includes restructuring content, maintaining style and accuracy, quality assurance of references and document elements, and coordinating editorial workflows with investigators and project leadership. The contract runs ASAP through 31 March 2027 for approximately 10–18 days per month. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, relevant experience editing complex publications and research reports, strong Microsoft Office and document-formatting skills, familiarity with Adobe InDesign and style guides such as AP, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
