Description
Chromalloy is hiring an EDM Machine Operator Team Lead to lead and support EDM machining operations in a manufacturing environment. The role combines hands-on sinker EDM and EDM machining center operation with production coordination, machine setup, troubleshooting, quality inspection, documentation, employee coaching, and continuous improvement. It is a 5th-shift position running Friday through Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with a $3.50 shift differential, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, EDM experience, blueprint and precision-measuring skills, and strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
