Trend Micro is seeking an EDM/PMAC Operator (EPO) to manage, maintain, and operate Electronic Direct Marketing (EDMs) messages using the Oracle Responsys platform. This role involves setting up, sending, and tracking eDM campaigns, collaborating with various stakeholders like the Consumer Retention Manager and Renewal Business Manager. The EPO will also contribute to building a smooth-running software development and delivery team, adhering to Agile best practices, and ensuring efficient project execution.
